Paul Glaser was the last player to make the Tournament of Champions in case you didn't watch the November 2 show. Paul Glaser was eliminated in the Semi-Finals of the Tournament of Champions.

Ok, that's what I wanted to know because if Paul Glaser loses today's show, he's in the Tournament of Champions, but if he wins, he'll be in next year's Tournament of Champions.

I know. We've been discussing that situation in the Jeopardy! message boards. Currently Paul is the number 3 seed in the Tournament, right behind Mehrun Etebari and Andrew Rostran. Take a look at the boards--I post there under the name "take off every clue".

I have been looking at the boards & Paul did lose on Friday so that means he will be in the Tournament of Champions. If you didn't watch the end of Friday's game, Alex Trebek told Paul Glaser the good news & bad news. Bad News was he was no longer the champion, but the good news was he gets to come back in the Tournament of Champions.

He'll most likely return in the Tournament of Champions. Based on what I'm reading on the Jeopardy! message board, he is currently ranked 2nd in all winnings since the last ToC so unless someone starts winning lots of games, he will most likely appear in the ToC.

To be honest with you, I have no idea. The ToC has traditionally been where upsets happen and frequently. In the 2006 ToC, David Madden ended up losing in a lock game in the semifinals. Not only that, the winner of the 2006 ToC, Michael Falk, was "only" a 3-time champion, defeating other 5-timers in the process. Added to the fact that all ToC contestants are the brightest of the past season(s) and that its going to be competitive, and suffice to say its going to be a tossup.

Whoever makes it into the 2-game final, you let me know, but in my opinion, I think Steve Unite, Craig Westphal & Andrew Rostan will be in the 2 day finals.

Whoever makes it into the semi-finals, you let me know, but in my opinion, I think Christian Haines, Craig Westphal, Andrew Rostan, Jeff Spoeri, Celeste DiNucci, Sara Terrell, Steve Unite, Susan Mitchell & Mehrun Etebari. In semi-final #1 Craig Westphal will be a finalist, In semi-final game #2 Steve Unite will be a finalist & In semi-final game #3 Andrew Rostan will be the last finalist. The person I think will win the Tournament of Champions will be Craig Westphal.

Well, he won two of his games before the College Championship (which took place at USC) and his total after two days was $50,300. He won three of his games after the College Championship totalling another $74,200 for a six-day total of $124,500.
