I get so angry when I lose the pound but then the next day my scale says I gained a pound which I know I have not gained a pound So maybe i am just getting angry for no reason. I do 30 minutes of working out in the morning and 30 minutes at night. That is my work out. I am planing on getting Supreme 90 days soon here to see how well it will help me lose the weight. I want to lose up to five pounds not just one pound in two weeks.

If we were about to do them on ourselves, as in Us' being our doctors and keep things under control, can you tell us how to read those blood tests? i mean is even stronger the efect of these if we can actually understand their information. I was 14.5 stnes in weight and now amjust under 10.
folloing an traffic crash I have been having crohns like symptoms ...having to avoid wheat and dairy ( to be on safe side) eating plenty nuts and rice, fish, meat, vegetables like carrots broccoli flowers, spuds, lots of fruits and some wheat free pastas etc, good home made healthy food yu knpw ... BUT am just not gaining weight
@johnglassey Saturated fat is not the enemy. You have obviously been brainwashed. Coconut oil is loaded with saturated fat but you wouldn't say that it is unhealthy would you?
I really don't understand what this guy says about exercise. What does he mean by saying more than 30 minutes of exercise a week are bad for you. He didn't say it like that but he implied it. What about professional athletes? is that not healthy, why?

I wish that you wouldn't try to irrationalize exercise. It is one of the best and healthiest things to get. Even read people like Barry Groves and Jordon Rubin.
