Heya, I work for AddThis—I created the video. We tried out a couple different voices. If you're curious, I can post the out takes. We selected from 5 voices. Let me know. :)

I'm sure the guy who did the voice is a nice guy, but it just really catches you off guard. You know how on the news sometimes when they interview people that want to hide their identity they lower their voice and hide their face? We'll this guy's regular voice sounds like that. Plus he has a very slight slur to his speech. I just tend to focus more on the voice than what he is actually saying. Looking at the comments i see others have that problem too.

The voice you're hearing in this video is our Community Manager, Justin—he's a great guy. I've worked with voice talents before, but as a startup, we have to utilize all in-talent first. Professional voice talents are awesome, but costly. I invite anyone from the community to help create their own videos or voice over.

It's our community manager, Justin! He's a really good guy. We chose him because he had the best voice in the office... and he's the one who reaches out to our audience daily.
