@dirtyylittleman134 . I e-mailed creative and told them about the problem, and i got an e mail back saying that it is a hard disk failure and that i will have to replace the hard disk (which are made by toshiba) these are quite expensive. So i just bought an i-pod!

Mine goes to the ZEN VISION:M screen then starts making a clicking noise. I've opened it and the connection from the hard disk to the player is fine and I tried creatives MP3 player recovery tool but it wont recognise it. Anyone know how to fix it?
the same thing happened to mine. i just opened it up and found that the wire thingy connecting the hardisk to the player was loose so i pushed it back in and it worked

Download creative mp3 recovery tool from creattive website then connect your player to pc and run the program hopefully this will fix it. :)

lol i had the same problem but i fixed it just go to pimpmyzen,com and theyll show you step by step how to fix the problem
