wow, he looks about 16 years old , its hard to picture that voice coming from someone with the face of a teen idol ,sounds like an old seasoned singer, I've listened to Johnny for years but never really paid a lot of attention to what he looked like
this is classic! i would marry the first guy who could prove he can sing like johnny... but no one can! :) i wish i were born earlier :/ thanks for uploading this though :)
This was originally featured on Johnny's 1964 Mercury album, "The Wonderful World Of Make Believe", and the picture shown above is just about what he looked like when he recorded this...
Old or new pictures. They are all Wonderful. A true fan wouldn't say such things..They would be grateful to see him, then or now. I know I always thankful to see pics, Old or new of Johnny Mathis. Thanks for sharing them! Love his music, old or new..Keep up the good work..
Wow, he looked so innocent and handsome. Thanks for the songs and photos, they're what i am waiting every morning. And thanks for answering my question regarding what kind of sport he was taken part in. Cheerio.
I appreciate your noticing the pictures. You're the first one to comment on that. I go through a lot of trouble to find different ones. Glad you enjoy the site.

One of our greatest crooners....Crosby, Como and Sinatra stand in his league.

@fromthesidelines It was his second album on the Mercury label. It was later remade by Lou Christie where he did the closing theme for Joey Reynolds.

Why do you always show such old pictures of Johnny? That picture is 45 years old!
Dijon1213 3 years ago
Because most of the songs I put up are of the 50's and 60's when he was young.
