  • Guys I'm twenty four and I love this.

  • I am under 40 and I love her. Incredible....

  • Этот голос пленит и вдохновляет на невозможное. Она восхитительна.

  • who is below 40 year old here? I am wondering if there are still people my age who are enthusiastic about Dalida and stars around her time. I feel lonely sometimes:)

  • @gmiao314 I am Egyptian, born 1970. I used to here her magical voice during the seventies when we used to spend summers on the mediiteranean hotels in the north coast. Dalida, Kholio Eglesias and Enrico Masias, and Abdelhaleem Hafez. It was the age of romance in Egypt. Dalida was born in the Cairo district of Shoubra. She immigrated to France later, and spent her life there. However, she made two songs in Arabic; Salma ya Salama, Ahsan Nas. These days' dreaminess, and romance never leave me.

  • @fdawoud

don't also forget her masterpiece Arabic song "helwa ya baladi"!!

  • She is incredible. Her voice, her interpretation, her enunciation, her expressions, ...

This is is a very talented artist.

  • I am Arrmenian but I was born in Egypt. We left Egypt in December 1965 when I was very young.

  • THumbs up IF you still love this in 2011

Dalida dit "Peur de mourir c'est peur de vivre". That is my motto.

  • @Carry570 idk, but I have find a lot of B&W videos with amazing quility. is sooo weird..

  • She's the typical Italian beautiful woman! This brings back so many precious memories from Alexandria and Cairo, Egypt. Yes she was Miss Egypt of 1954 and she sings so nicely too. I hope she went to heaven.

  • @Takoushjanik

I read on the Internet that her parents were from Calabria (the "toe" of Italy).

Are you Egyptian? Did you live in Egypt during the 1950s?

  • waouhhhh
