Have you ever noticed that milanese style cutlets, when made skillfully at home or in a quality restaurant if you have the money to dine out, taste so good you don't even need to eat a lot? I got to eat in the kitchen of an Italian friend's mother in Livorno, Italy and she made this. Everyone had such a smile! You can taste the hand of love in the food. It was a lunch to remember, yet quite plain and frugal really. Uprated. Great channel. Useful and pleasant!
