Not one of you hopefuls have the slightest chance of being integrated into the regiment. You spend your days on the internet, yammering on about War, Weapons and Military Forces - but you're just replicating information you've learned from Google. Leave your computer, hit the gym, enlist and be a fucking man.
@TheAirborneCommando HHhhhmmmmmm..... here you are "yammering on" on the internet. I am sure that you are sure you are the smartest person you have ever met, but seeing your post....that is not saying much. Assuming you are telling the truth, I have as much time in uniform as you have been alive. We were talking about JTF2 (NOT a Regiment)). If (and I doubt you are) you are a member of CSOR, your mentality is the reason the AB Regt failed. Immaturity and arrogance are a bad combination.
@cf80to01 I'm sure you meant to insult me, by which you'd recquire some modicum of intelligence. My comment was not angled at you, so your retort made in anger is a gracious example of your own "immaturity and arrogance". You should Google the meaning of Regiment, then you'd have grounds to correct me. Also, where did i claim to be associated with the CSOR? You're a funny guy old man.
@TheAirborneCommando The long and short of it is this... JTF2 is not referred to as a "regiment". The only SF Regiment in Canada is CSOR. You are a typical troll who failed at being a reserve bin rat and wants to pretend you know something about the CF. The definition of something and what the troops call it are not necessarily the same thing.
how do you join the JTF2 ? is there a BMQ or something such as skill,smarts,unqiue(error) , or do you get asked to join ? plz someone tell, im looking forward in joining these guys if i get into the military
@flamingbolt5 2 years service. After that you can apply for the tryout. Step 1 at the base gym where the majority fail. If you pass that you may be chosen to try out for the full physical/pysch test where, again many fail. Even if you get throught the week there is no guarantee you will be chosen for selection. If chosen you face a year+ of training which many fail. No insult intended (you might be an old school ninja for all I know), but don't get your hopes up.
@DanODST the song is the unit theme song for JTF-2.
if you want to be a member start training early and extremely hard like your life depends on it! it is the most physically and emotionally demanding thing you will ever attempt in your life. only the very best even get past stage 1 selections. maybe 1 in 20 will actually get to serve with them. first you need at least 3 years experience in regular forces and be battle tested. the average JTF-2 assaulter has 9 years experience.
@frank021678 hahaha don't worry, I had been trained for awhile, i am in track and field, cross country and weight training, i know this is still not enough and i do know is hard to get in JTF-2 but thanks :) Are you a member of JTF-2? or in CA force?
@DanODST Getting in there is far more than being physically fit. You have to be the all around package. Physically fit, mentally strong, have the right attitude and be an all around good soldier. Everyone always seems to focus on fitness, but if you're fucked in the head, have a shitty attitude or you're a bad soldier, they could give a damn about how far you can run or how many push ups you can pump out. Focus on everything rather than one aspect and you'll do fine in achieving your goal.
@ndvfdff33 Why would i join if i fucked up in the head....and i have right attitude and strong mentally, only fitness, thats my only problem.....but thanks, i will take that advices :)
@SuperMustachEo It means that they dont just talk shit, they can back it up. Instead of negotiating/talking, they take action, and kill/strike. THey can be seen as trained, military assassins.
song is called Fired Up by Robert Duncan for those who are asking...
smudent2010 3 weeks ago
they say one of these guys is equal that to 10 americansoldiers

@1headphoneguy more for sure!
TaskrHD 3 months ago
@1headphoneguy Well 16 JTF2 members abused 60 Rangers, Delta force and SEALs in way less that 60 seconds in training. That's a 4:1 ratio

@DanODST you're welcome:)
and i didnt mean to make it sound impossible..
i just mean jtf-2 is no joke- you need to be very commited and very capable to serve in this unit, trust me
they are the most underestimated and undercredited force in the world, and in my opinion the very best and certainly the most professional
join the forces as early as you can and go for it :)
start running now and alot! ..and push ups/sit-ups are your best friend :p
most fail cuz they are nowhere near fit enough
