I agree and disagree with running zombies. Yes, rigamortus would prevent running. But not all of the zombies were running. Many wandered around like the old film. But some of the zombies were not reanimated - they were infected while alive. So they could run. But the reason you see more of the running ones is because they were more of a problem to the characters. Personally, i liked the newer film better because the running zombies scared the crap out of me!
