@BabyHlTMe I don't have a reason to exaggerate ! After my biceps training my arms are 47cm which is -> 47 x 0.3937 ( conversion ratio ) = 18.5inch . If you take 1 cm down to 46 cm, my arm still would be 18.11inch so my 18+ claim from the last comment is very accurate.

Dude, please hear me out. Your making a huge mistake here - ok your body is like SICK but your biceps would be twice as big if you isolated them better and stopped the swinging. Seriously I can see that your biceps dont live up to your shoulders/tries. But overall awesome body.

No disrespect because this man has an amazing physique, but he has pretty bad form on hammer and barbel curls. Too much elbow movement engaging the shoulders more than the biceps.
@rhcpguitarar the bicep can be tensed to its fullest extent and hardest at the 45 degree angle which is why some like to raise the elbow on the execution of a curl. This is why the preacher bench is as it is, leaving your arms rested at a 45 degree angle.
@jalidav1 This is true, but the swinging motion is engaging his shoulders. When rested on a preacher bench your shoulders are at ease and not being worked.
@rhcpguitarar which in reality furthers the tone of the frontal deltoid and allows him to lift heavier weight, the swinging motion is used by many many body builders the world over, in fact if you watch the likes of markus ruhl train you will notice his form is terrible on a lot of exercises
@jalidav1 Again, this is true, but it doesn't make it right. Bodybuilders can get away with it. When you're curling 150-200, form can be thrown out the window. For the newer people into the world of weight training, this is not how you curl. BUT, it works for Matus, and that's really all that matters.
