Well like you said you didnt have much to work with and it did come out well. But it could have probably done better without the "Silent Hill" music. Too many people use it now and days because of the movie. And maybe [Not trying to be rude] the actors/actresses could have acted just a tad bit better. But either way good job!

2:13-2:18- Mrs. Park falls to the floor dead, Jin-ju captures Mr. Oh, Mrs. Park gets hanged, Mr. Oh is caught in curtains

I am a bit suspicious about this, because this movie is not family-oriented. I watched the whole Whispering Corridors series, and they can be quite gory. Although the first movie is the most gruesome, I'd say, well, did you actually WATCH the movie?
