My PS1 RPG Collection

There was a ps1 game that i cant remember the name of, all i remember was it was based back in the late Med-Evil times, and u formed a team to take on another team. u used swords, arrows and such

FF8 awesome game, played it over many times. FF7 was ok, played it through only once. FF9, played it over like 4 times, the 4th time was after a long break from gaming and now i realize it sucks. Star ocean, awesome game. Xenosaga, awesome game. Chrono Cross, awesome game. Legend of Dragoon sucks, hate how i have to switch back to the old discs when i go back to a old town.

only thing i got to say is that FF8 is awsome. It adds a new element of tactics to rpgs how can you not like that. Why do you not like that? Granted now a days inovation is killing rpgs today. Also Xenogears if fav rpg just grind like carzy and eventualy youll win. Also Xenosaga has nothing t odo with xenogears. Research will tell you this. The creators are the same thats why they are so similer.

XENOGEARS-you got stuck fighting redrum and thats really too bad. the story gets deeper than you can imagine and easily is still my favorite game in general of all time. you should go back through and beat it. VERY WORTH IT

i have owned and played all these. my mom sold all my collection at a garage sale when i joined the army by accident :(. Xenosaga, if you haven't beat this game you have missed 70% of what makes this game great, when games used to be story driven and not graphic crap. it's worth 9.99 on playstation classic download. The best part is playing it the second time and everything making sense and you understand whats going and and see how much detailed story is in the game. :)

Go beat that boss in the sewers and play this game! The storyline is the deepest of all rpg´s. It burnt into my head at least like FF7. Strangely i remember more of the story from FF7, but with xenogears it feels like i really was there but i start to forget.

The graphics are nearly unbearable today, but just get the first 5 hours over with and it will catch you again. Promise.

Ah, yes the lesson of not opening sealed RPGs. Keep 'em sealed til you're ready to play through them. If value's gone up, get a used copy to play.

Xenogears is right up there as one of my fave RPGs. Hope you've got Lunar: Eternal Blue, since, too. (my user name) I loved Lunar: EB, although if you have a Sega CD, it is best on that system. While the changes made for Lunar: SSSC for PS1 were for the best, the plot, character, and gameplay changes for EB were not that good.

Very similar to the old final fantasy fighting style, you look like a little kid but your not...all i remember is there was a magic tree in the center of the town, and some evil creature that trys to take over. and you go out of the castle walls to save the village or something.

Man got a bit of what u have, but I do have Lunar 1-2, but man Xenogears....(shakes head). I mean u have the game, with such a great story in there it is still (to me) not the best rpg but the best storytelling game on the PS1.FINISH IT! And even so there are still books that helps you understand the premise of the game that as a ten thousand year old storyline about what the hell is going on!!
