  • i get nightmares really quickly so can someone pls tell me what happens in this video

  • this movie gave me a huge boner...then bam, intense killing scene, then boner again..fucking awesome

  • LOL I said the same thing all these years I thought it was one guy singing the lead

  • I often wondered what veal dish that was with that white creamy sauce and those round things that look like onions. It looks delish

  • SISTERS???? =HOT!!!

  • Your conscience do prick you about whats right and wrong, u need not look to your society (but of course, growing up in it can influence your sense of right and wrong). But dont always point to society because 'you' are a part of what makes up the society, isnt it

  • i agree jodhi may is utterly stunning

  • I heard about these creepy French people. They're disgusting.

  • @Allina277 hummm, 1: not all french people are creepy. 2: this was during the 1930s. 3: we're not disgusting, every person in the world is at one point in their lives, disgusting, (not in a bad way, in a gross way)

  • @Reinspired30 1: um yeah most of you guys are, you wouldn't believe what we hear in America about French people, the movie speaks for itself. 2: It doesn't matter what year it was, it's still and will always be disgusting and creepy to sleep with a blood relative especially a sibling or parent (maybe not in France, GROSS). 3: Not everyone is disgusting, just because you guys are that doesn't make it everyone. So don't blame others for your disgustingness lol if thats a word.

  • @Reinspired30 Most of what I said was just joking but um this movie is pretty gross.

  • @Allina277 okay well iI hope you were a little kidding, I mean , how could I say this ?

I've lived in Paris like my whole life, and I mean , of course some people are weird and different; but I've lived in america for a year too, and it's pretty much the same. There are gay people and there is incest in other countries ...

  • @Reinspired30 I'm not talking about gay people. Im talking about incset, yes there is incest in other countries as gross as it is but it's not wide spreed here in America. Nobody ever hears about it here unless it's on the news or something. And no we don't talk much about the French here i was just joking about that lol but we have heard in the past that it's what French people do. NOT all of them and that doesn't mean I believe what other people say but thats just a few of the things i heard.

  • @Allina277 well that's good, that you don't believe everything other people say, cause i can assure that rumor is really weird, and i don't think it's true. but in every countries there are some rumors or facts that are made about other people, and they're not necessarily true. i mean, i used to think that all american people were fat. that's not quite true.

  • @Reinspired30 You thought all of us were fat? Is that possible? i mean a lot of us are but not all, there's like millions of us lol. Some just don't care about what they eat and believe me it makes us angry to see those that are 300+ and don't care. We have so many weight loss tv shows here so people that do care can get their weight under control. Down south here in america like Alabama and Louisiana and all those places they eat like pigs and thats where most of the fat people are.

  • @Allina277 Hey. Mississippi is where all the fat people are. 1/3 people are obese there. The fat people you see here in Louisiana are tourists and old men. Don't go saying that we eat like pigs. We just eat good here in New Orleans.

  • @ManyLemons2 Yeah, eat like pigs lol but not in a bad way. I know how they eat in Louisiana my dads from New Orleans. They eat the same way here in Alabama I guess it's a southern thing. I've never seen folks this big till I moved here. I'm from the Bay Area and there's like maybe 2 fat people there. I hear they eat a lot in Mississippi to, they have all those good restaurants down there. They need to move some this way.

  • @Allina277 Sorry then. I took it the wrong way. And if they moved, it wouldn't be as authentic.... But people are trying to rip off Cajun food in differrent places. I've tried it. It's not as good.

  • @ManyLemons2 No, thats ok you weren't saying anything mean. I thought I'd get to taste cajun food since I moved to Alabama but haven't seen any. We used to eat it in California at the fisherman's warf. They have some pretty good food down in Florida. I always heard about how great southern food is and than I come down and have to travel 2 hours to get something worth eating.

  • @Allina277 Ah. But the best Cajun food is in the heart of New Orleans where I am though. Come during Mardi Gras next year. You'll see our tradition alive. Not only in the food, put the music and the people. the New Orleans is like no where else in the world.

  • @Allina277 - I think the real reason that we are fat is our diet. It developed that way over time. Unhealthy foods in the Southern diet are mostly fast to cook, or can be baked in ovens in the old days that were outside of the house. That is a big deal when there are about 3 months in the year when it is about 100f every day. That is how I think we got our diet, especially fried foods which are fast and make little heat when cooked with an old wood stove.

  • @dinosaurjenny333 U R WITHIN HIZ SIGHTZ RIGHTY POINT'Z AZ WALL BIGGEY SUPARIMBAZIL?

  • this is an incredible film... for the acting, the story, and everything that's unwritten.

i find the strongest scenes are those with absolutely no dialogue.

  • an argument can be made that at least between a brother and a sister if a child were produced their combined genomes would be too similar. this would lead to an strong increase in mutation.

but viewing them as each individual actresses playing a role they make a rather adorable couple

  • their true name are Papin. Les soeurs Papin. Very odd to watch an english production about that story though.

  • What people seem to be forgetting, is that it is such a powerful disturbing story because it is based on a true story.

  • JULIE WALTERS FUCKING ROCKS! :D

she looks the same all the time like.. :) X

  • That's hot.

  • I'm asexual, but I would turn gay in a heartbeat for Jodhi May. Loved her since The Last of the Mohicans, watch anything she's in that I can get my hands on. Plus, I'm fascinated by true crime and want to be a criminal psychologist, so this movie is like a dream come true. Thank you so much for uploading! Lea and Christine sure led scandalous, fascinating lives.

  • @WoundedWolfgirl When you say you're asexual, do you mean you're attracted to neither genders?

  • @321starz That's exactly it. :) Asexuality is uncommon, but not unheard of.

  • @WoundedWolfgirl I don't think it's that uncommon, just underrepresented. I have a friend who I'm pretty sure is asexual and another friend who has a boyfriend but I still think she's asexual. And I think I'd fall for Jodhi May even if I was asexual. :)

  • @321starz Oh, that's cool. :) I always like to hear about other asexuals, doesn't make me feel so...well, different, I guess. Not that I'm not proud of being asexual, of course.

And I think that anyone of any sexual orientation would fall for Jodhi May. :)

  • The younger sister was a victim as well. She was completely dominated by her older sister. I heard the younger got ten years but was released a few years later because the courts felt bad for her and know she would not have commited the crimes if it hadn't been for her sister.

  • johdi May so soo beautiful ( I felt in Tipping the Velvet for a while)

  • I agree, completely. I think Jodhi May is one of the best actresses of our time.

  • Jodhi May is an amazing actress, she is remarkable and outstanding like James Dean...

i am not saying their acting is similar, i am saying these two are definetly some that you always remember.

  • Jodhi May!

    <3

  • we only think things are wrong because our society tells us how to think....

i bet if our views on relationships and whatnot changed, the world would indeed be an interesting place.

  • that makes so much sense ^_^

  • Well said.

  • This is just another example of the moral relativism that implies that there are no (or few) objective rights and wrongs in society. The fact remains, however, that a society is formed of individuals; it's not a monolithic thing that imposes its will arbitrarily on the rights of the individual. If there were no societal codes of behavior, there would be chaos; nothing "interesting" in that.

  • I think laws are enough as societal codes, shouldn't we trust that moral sense of right and wrong we all develop as a reaction to how we are treated. I know it sounds idealistic, and the humanity is not ready for that yet, but that's how one feels when one sees how much wrong is done by people's close mindedness.

  • Agreed.

Glad to see i am not alone on that thought. Anyone else who i say that to, flips their shit lol.

  • @Speaktweek I'm not an advocate of incest, but i do agree with you

  • @xxxwaxxxwaxxx HOW IZ U TOLD UP HEM U DISSAKREE HIZ RIGHTY SHAPE'Z TO PHINKINK ON?R U AZ WALL BIGGEY MIZTAR IDIOTY KRASED SUPARIMBASIL IZ WALL HIPARIMPAZIL?
