Wow, 95% of my competitors are looking are the MLS as well? Well that's not very reassuring! Thankfully we know about the "hidden market" and how to identify a seller who doesn't even know they're about to decide that they need to sell! A great advantage in my book! Thanks Rick!
Dealing with only what listed with brokers is not a great way to ding the profitable deal. It totally make sense to explore off market properties and spot undervalued, performed, and mismanaged properties Thanks for this video. Toshi E
