  • this is good method to, every people i suggest this to give surprise the world

  • Brother its a bet late. Why!? Because of all the Deception there is going on with our food today. The bread you buy in the supermarket has poisen in it, and people just buy like creasy. Most of the Fruit in the market today are GEN. Poisen. That means that they even can take a Gen from a Cancer cell or something and put it in your Apple, or Benan!!? :-O Bad times Indeed. 5 Corporations own 85% of the Food Produced in the world!! If that dont scare anyone!? I dont know what does then..:-(

  • Any scientific prove to your hypothesis?

  • Can I lose weight by eating cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and cereal for dinner with salads not to mention fruits and 8 glasses of water everyday afterwards after I do some workouts

  • I avoid Omega 6's which in my way of thinking is avoiding all seed based foods (grains) and seed fed meats which supply omega-6 fats. I try to buy grass-fed (or algae-fed) only which supply omega-3. Likewise with carbs and veggies. Basically cut out most processed grains from your diet.

Read Wiki's entry on omega-6. Add Michael Pollan and Gary Taubes to your reading list!

  • M3nac3r, you make a good point that I have taken for granted. The truth is that when I monitor my diet I eat very lean and measure my fat intake. When I do this I consume a ratio of 3 parts omega 6 to one part omega 3 fat. This is far less than the 10:1 or 30:1 ratio of Omega fat consumption often found in North America. Looking at it in the way you mention, there is little need to tell people to eat Omega 6, as it is already done to excess. Omega 3's are what's missing. Good comment, thank you!

  • My understanding, and it is limited, is that omega 6's are a "structural" fat while omega 3's are a "lubricating" fat. Of course it's more complex. Pollan suggests it will be the next point of dietary contention. Grains are the source of omega 6, but both he Taubes' argue refined grains are the real cause of our obesity crisis. Presented more as a question by Pollan is whether it's actually excess omega 6's that are the source of much CVD.
