Terrorpene spawns like once a day, & if you play late nights you're pretty well guaranteed getting him within a couple of days or so, just macro up /tar Terrorpene to a button & spam it as you fly about, but Loque'Nahak is hellishly rare, that is some seriously good luck getting both in the same day.
