Yes, we all know Rice wore 80. They retired it last season. Bruce has had number 80 since he was picked by the Rams in 1994 however. Rice gave Bruce permission to wear his number but in the end Bruce decided to wear another number (88) rather than 80 out of respect for Rice''s legacy with the team. Now that is class.
