  • when i swim in cool water i don't even feel like i have ms.

  • Exercise in a pool works for me with PP. Gotta keep your weight down, and go swimming everyday.....it's a no-brainer!!

  • I have ms and find swimming to be the best possible cardio exercise I can do. I walk with a cane but have no balance issues in the water.

  • ummmmm i kinda dont beleive in a god i think its unfair that people get this, so like if i pray to god will he make stuff better.

  • God can do all kinds of everything, but that's not His job. His job is to give us strength in times of weakness & uncertainty.

  • GOD BLESS EVERYONE WITH MS!

  • I to have MS and swiming could be help full, but the water is to cold for me. But I am a fisherman and found fishing in a float tube helps my legs get the exerzise they need and the neroprens keep my legs warm.

  • I went swimming with my family and found the opposite effect, i have progressive MS and when i entered the pool my legs froze, i couldn't move them, they felt so heavy, i can swim when i didn't have MS, but the pool i felt didn't help me and trying to stabilise myself was hard, because my legs were like tree trunks, if i wasn't under the water, my husband was making my head stay above water. I don't know now if i want to try again.

  • Great!

I also have ms and used to swim, it's makes a wonderful feeling.
