No, it is not fascist, it is technocratic. Based by your misapplication of the term fascism and failure to use the appropriate term from technocracy, I deduce you're American. You probably should know that there is a field called the social sciences. This is consistent with ninjas description.
Also, "givebirthathome", what does one do when a child is born choking with an umbilical chord around their neck at home?

In 1996, Monsanto was accused of false and misleading advertising of glyphosate products, prompting a law suit by the New York State attorney general.[52] Monsanto had made claims that its spray-on glyphosate based herbicides, including Roundup, were safer than table salt and "practically non-toxic" to mammals, birds, and fish.[53]
Part 2: Environmental and consumer rights campaigners brought a case in France in 2001 for presenting Roundup as biodegradable and claiming that it left the soil clean after use; glyphosate, Roundup's main ingredient, is classed by the European Union as "dangerous for the environment" and "toxic for aquatic organisms". In January 2007, Monsanto was convicted of false advertising.[54] The result was confirmed in 2009.[55]

The phrase can also be applied to accepting an idea or plan without a full understanding of its basis. Similar expressions exist in other languages, most of them meaning to buy a cat in a bag, with some exceptions:

how do you combine a "polyculture"?? you have all these negative comments but no real examples of how to implement change.
They are working on drought tolerant hybrids, disease resistant crops and expressing genes which bump yield up.
GM technology obviously makes a positive impact on yield. We are seeing more bushels per acre than ever before.
21st century is about advancement in genetics and implementing new technology into our food production.

Nobody gets that Politics is a corporation too they're all irrelevant, stop validating it by participating. Create a new artifact, design something, an open communicative cooperative community of planet earth
We can rally a billion people in face book or American Idol to vote for trivial stuff. Let's use these tools to move people, create a new world game of enlightened citizens earning points for being better informed, exposing lies & uncovering truths, earn the right to weighted voting exams

Pig in a Poke : (Wikipedia) A common colloquial expression in the English language, to "buy a pig in a poke," is to make a risky purchase without inspecting the item beforehand. The phrase can also be applied to accepting an idea or plan without a full understanding of its basis. Similar expressions exist in other languages, most of them meaning to buy a cat in a bag, with some exceptions:

Why would you need a contract to study Monsanto's crap? Just buy some treated seed like a farmer and you'll have plenty to study.

Maybe not in a journal, but the Internet allows for anonymous publication of information.

I've just watched a documentary, "The World According to Monsanto", and there are some studies on Monsanto's GM crops, but oddly, not many people know about.
