Internet Explorer fake error

First of all if you wan't to change the icon of the vbs file:

First, Create a shortcut

Hide the original file

Right click on the new shortcut

Select Properties

Select Change icon

Select the icon that looks like Internet Explorer

And that's it! You got your new looking ie icon!

Cool I have windows 7 and adding the + 64 to my codes makes a sound when the box comes up. But I can't change the icon in properties. Any tips?

Two questions

1. Why do you use 0+64 rather than just zero

2. How do you change the icon

@hypercannon1 1. I use 0+64 because it shows that little icon in the message box (either the white X in the red circle or the question mark, etc.)

2. Which icon? The icon in the message box or the icon of the file (the one with IE)? In the first case, you change "64 (that is the number on the right of the +) with 16, 32 or 48. In the second case, you make a shortcut of the .vbs file and right click on it, then properties, change icon.

@6G34py first create a shortcut of the icon somewhere (e.g. on the desktop) and then right click -> properties -> change icon and then chose the internet explorer icon on that list or any icon that you want :)
