but afaik, new members can't join until the constitution is deemed legal again, which has yet to happen (30 days)

also, the constitution was changed to include a clause which gives the leader the power to change it, w/o the say so of any of the members.

The whole EHRC case was based around the membership criteria supposedly being discriminatory. Now that Nick has removed the conditions of membership, there is no longer an issue.

At the EGM in February, there was a change made to the constitution enabling Nick to make additional changes without requiring a members vote, in case of scenarios like Friday's. The members at the EGM voted in favour of that change.

Membership is open. 550 new members joined on Friday alone.
