It's what the creators made it for. Go get Portal 2 and play it properly. It is much more satisfying than these "speed runs." -.-

in portal 1 at the end u go straight up from glados room and end up on a street. on portal 2 u go up from the same room but rebuilt but same place but then ur in the mid of a seed field..

@MegaHumanbean My 12:50 run uses oob, I don't really like using oob routes for this because it just cuts way too much out. It's just my opinion, and this is the quickest non-oob run...my 12:50 run was just a test, it wasn't a real speed run.

Not legit, You used WAY too many bugs. Re-create this without using any bugged portals ect. and then it'll be a true speed run, until then this is fail. Just as an "inb4 ur just jelly cus u can't do it" I've done a legit speed run of like 19 minutes. Nbd

Unless it's been edited for Steam, I know it is possible on chamber 12 to shoot a portal through the door while standing on the button. It would be tough to do while going so fast but I already you don't do these in just one shot, so you might look into it.

this is completely edited. i saw at least 20 "cuts" in this video, where he has filmed them all individually and edited them together. this cannot be blamed on fraps because of the ever so convenient timing of every single cut. also, he didn't even fight the boss at the end, the cut came as he went to enter the room (you can hear the voice stop, and the chatbox is up for a split second) and the 3 pieces are already there ready to be incinerated.

@imScamperNZ I cannot be bothered putting effort into another one of these replies.It is a segmented run, meaning the run is split into SEGMENTS. That explains the cuts. As for the not killing glados part, well I know you haven't watched any other speedruns or you just saw it once and considered it a cheat because you are jealous. Still confuses me why people bother to post stuff like this and actually think they are proving a point.
