Somehow I don't think the Yankees were gonna fine 70-year-old Frank Howard if he was late due to signing autographs. LOL. Howard hit 382 homers in his career, and was the NL Rookie of the Year in 1960. He won a World Series in '63 with the Dodgers. Mostly he's known for his tape-measure homers (he was 6'7," close to 300 pounds in his prime). In a 6-game stretch in 1968 for the Washington Senators, Howard hit 10 home runs, a mark that still stands.
What planet is Frank Howard from?

Frank Howard was one of the Premier Sluggers of his era too bad he was stuck playing on lousy Senators teams

Hondo was my fav player from the late 60's, being a suffering Senators fan of 13. I need to get my 69 Topps card signed.... he is da man..
