In a way, this reminds me of Invader Zim (alien trapped on a foreign world) except this time instead of trying to destroy the inhabitants, the alien is trying to help them.

This is ok, but not one of my favorites. I think 3 Dog Band should have been Greenlit because Regular Show is just horrible. At least with 3 Dog Band has a kind of a jazzy cartoon style and just having 3 Dogs is a great visual. Each Dog has a different personality and I just loved the idea. Regular Show is just 2 characters living a college lifestyle and has random humor, that's not a great cartoon...it's boring. Sorry, but that's my opnion

@mordecai322 Bear in mind that this was written before The Problem Solverz premiered. The only thing I saw from it was a 5 min preview from paperrad that was called Problem Solverz. And yeah, I've watched it, and I still don't like it.. It tries to retain it's randomness from it's Neon Knome days, but they also try adding a plot to it, which makes even less sense. And the art style fitted for Neon Knome, but as it is right now, nope. But I will say it's not the worst CN has. It's... okay.

I loved this short, just so crazy and weird. It really reminds of the olden days of What-a-Cartoon shorts. You knew that most of them wouldn't get tv shows but they were creative and awesome and that's why you loved them. I could watch some of them over and over again.

I just wish I had seen this one on the tele.

Oh har har, I've been working my butt off on my artwork since I was a kid... and hopefully have a while yet to keep working at it ;) For serious, I am wondering if they used layer styles in PS, custom brushes, Painter or what. The process really interests me and the outcome is just gorgeous.

It's definitely got the Foster's look, and I know they used Illustrator for the characters. I doubt that extends to backgrounds as well, though.
