  • This is the song that got me into Oromo music.  Fayyissaa is for real.

  • Yes, it is Arsi Oromo traditional music. This came from the typical Arsi Oromo cultural music scene and dress but the music goes back half century played as one of the best on Ethiopian national radio station beginning at the King Haile S. time. It used to be played in line and backed by various music instrument in towns and cities.

My father was Oromo, so I want to learn of this culture so bad but I believe there is possibility i am not going to give up and I am learning so much lately. What a beautiful culture I miss whole my life i wish when i was in addis i am intersted as now. Reading open my eyes how culture is so important.Everybody all over read, read, the more you read the more you become open minded not only your clture bur the world.Love You
