  • Want to be pushing hips out a bit more at the top of the rep and shoulders back with chest out. Nice technique apart from that though. Keep it up!

  • me my bro and one o best mates all go tut gym and we do this, we reckon we are pure shithouses, can all do over 120kg and mate can do something like 180 odd, hes a bear lol
