From all the pictures (what few I have) that my grandpa gave me, all the houses were made of straw and mud, thatched together. I was told only Nobles had nice homes, and that japan DID indeed rebuild alot of korea during occupation, and afterwords. @GwiLiX 2. Also, I purposely left out that China taught Korea architecture, to lure idiots like you out. Korean culture is a mix of the people who conquered them(Japan, China & Mongolia), they have very few things that are original to them, and architecture is NOT one of them. So yeah, if you pay a Korean to build something in your country it is a Korean accomplishment if it's an original idea of theirs, in this case it isn't.
