I so far agreed with Mish, but the reason why China will implode is because they don't want a recession that would make the economy restructure from the export led growth model. It's obvious that the RMB is undervalued due to the Chinese productive capacity and that the Chinese would consume a lot more if the RMB floated. But that would require a recession, which would lead to riots.
total agree, as a local chinese, i am so surprised that you have such deep observation of china reality. those big financial firm will never dare to speak out the truth, since they have so much to lose by speaking out the truth, buy u are bravo
