You need to find a new place to take Jack! Two weeks is way to long for repairs! Especially if it's not fixed!!

i know, but I trust her. and she's reasonably priced. she didn't think was anything to fix. first she had to wait on the part, and then when she did get to it, it looked like nothing was wrong. and until just a couple days ago it WAS working fine. I knew i should have told her to fix the jack. I just hope she's still got the part, and I don't have to wait for her to order it again.
