How to Get Normal Windows Taskbar Back In Win 7

I NEED help, my taskbar isn't on the regular screen it is where there is like another screen to the right for me to use it I have to go to the magnifier HEEEELP!!!

can someone help me ... i just did a update on windows vista and my taskbar looks like it is windows 98 it is grey and i dont know how to get it back to the normal vista back ... please help
