I am a female, of small stature, and several biker type thugs tried to take my sign away as we were walking to the start of the march. I may look tame now, like an easy target perhaps, but I wore black leather and rode Harleys for many years before I joined the peace movement. They didn't get my sign. I called a biker friend from the old days and he applauded me for going to the protest, said he didn't agree with me, but emphatically added the counter protesters were dead wrong to interfere.

I am a female, of small stature, and several biker type thugs tried to take my sign away as we were walking to the start of the march. I may look tame now, like an easy target perhaps, but I wore black leather and rode Harleys for many years before I joined the peace movement. They didn't get my sign. I called a biker friend from the old days and he applauded me for going to the protest, said he didn't agree with me, but emphatically added the counter protesters were dead wrong to interfere.

Since I was there And you weren't, I think I know better then you do what exactly happened. Those "thugs" you refer to can easily be seen from :04 to :08 of the Video as DC cops with their distinctive cop blue helmets. The Cops set up the walkways around the wall so that they were one way only and anyone that tried to force their way the wrong way was similarly ejected.
