I'm fairly sure that heroes 5 had tabs to access all the troop buying/buildings that made the interface simple and easy to use, so I'm actually super dissapointed I don't get a sprawling city to look at. I mean, why downgrade? Pretty graphics was one of the only things heroes 5/6 have on heroes 3, so why remove them...
just a tip, after playing through the entire campaing and reaching level 40 i feel like the exp boost isnt that necessary just due to the massive amount of exp you can get anyways, i think its more useful to get combat and/or magic abilities depending on your affinity
I like it for early mass leveling. Getting an early level advantage is always nice. I doubt I will regret getting it in the long run, plus the upgraded version you can get later will let you power level secondary heroes if I end up using any.
@RanshinDA certainly a useful point, but i feel for the campaign where you can pretty much get infinite experience anyways it doesnt matter that much, as near the end of the campaign i skipped the majority of creep camps and still was many levels up on the other heroes, maybe only because i played on normal but i think it is alot more useful in online matches where you have to get alot of exp fast in order to win
