  • Where do i sign up

  • We just use the cymbals... Don't know how they are manufactured...

It takes a long time give a finishing touch to only one cymbal...However they do in lot...

Hats-Off to Sabian Crew... Really Amazing...\m/

  • Haha I remember when I was introduced to Sabian, it felt great :)

  • 4:20 what if it shattered as it went into the water lol

  • Hehe Charlie brown

  • Great company, and great product! Sally Zildjian herself came to the shop I used to teach, and put up an awesome Sabian display! They even offered me product, but respectfully declined.

  • @UnitFmX11 GREAT SUCCESS!

  • @UnitFmX11 The guy who founded Sabian, and the guy who owns Zildjian (since their dad) are brothers :P

  • that hammering guy's right arm must be a rock lol.

  • with so much automation apart from the HH series it's hard to see why nice cymbals cost so much.... :(

  • I should get as a friend people who work in that factory!

  • Did these men test my Sabians too? hahaha!

  • If you really want to go for the original sound, you need to try real Turkish cymbals, 100% hand made like Istanbul, Bosphorus or Diril. For me, Diril is top!

  • In my opinion, every cymbal company is good, and if I were good enough, I'd endorse any of them! But to me, Zildjian's only good lines are the A, K, and K Custom lines. Pretty much everything else isn't as good as it used to be. Sabian just has so many different sounds and they're stellar. It's hard to beat. But I've also kept my eye on Meinl. They seem to be chugging along nicely!

  • I love all their series, with my favorites being aax, hh, and hhx :)

  • 6:52 his name is Charlie Brown lool xD

  • 5 ppl got burnt from red hot casting

  • why do people keep fighting about sabian and zildjian???!? do they even know that the founder of the sabian's last name is zildjian?!??!

  • @marcbenjamsojayco no kidding, wasnt sabian and zildjian ceo's brothers when sabian got started, it was a family dispute or something, i personally am a zildjian user, not saying they better than the other, its what i like better

  • pretty cool looking at the guys that made the cymbals i use...aa and aax =)

  • I would love to have a job at Sabian :D

  • If only Charlie Brown were real.......

  • @RA710 actually Sabian does use some traces of sliver, oh and sabians beast

  • Comment removed

  • @TheAceOfTheCase haha awesome. Thanks for watching my videos! haha

  • I love the Evolution series sounds like absolute gold to my ears

  • b8 pro the best cymbals series =)

  • @samtattooargentina LOL come back after you've played some real cymbals

  • @samtattooargentina

My favorite ever are K Custom, but as far as sabian, the AAX crashes are siiiiiiiicccckkkkkk, you don't get that perfect feel anywhere else.

  • Wish i cud actually be there

  • I found a 17" meduim thin early 1980's hh at a pawn shop for $50.00

It means more to me now that I see the process. It sounds darn good too.

  • so rad!..love these cymbals

  • OMG! It's Charlie Brown! He grew up to be a Sabian Hand Hammerer!

  • Sabian is amazing! And, what makes them better is that they are CANADIAN!!!

  • i want to see the wuhan cymbal vault tour just so i can see the chinas being made

  • 5:43 Poor Cymbal

  • The guy's name @6:50 is Charlie Brown?? Nice...

  • 2:43 fail!

  • i really dont like zildjian.

the only decent things are the rides

  • @TehOddProductions and the new beats hit hats

  • I would develop cleptomania so fast up in there. I LOVE SABIAN!

  • PIZZA! @ 0:10

  • I just bought some sabian cymbals they are sick if you have enough i suggest AAX best sound ever

  • i wonder what the craftsman was when he wasn't working for sabian

  • Sabian is the best cymbals out there to me. Especially since it's a Canadian based company.

  • hand hammer rides sound the best

  • @ramonbunny69 Ok..... Why ???

  • @Pinokio1976 because they most of them are dry or raw bell dry rides and shit !!!!!!!nice ping good for recording and for me which on stage

  • 6"51- I didn't know Charlie Brown made cymbals now.

  • 0:28...Suck my dick. A fucking hall full of cymbals. And i have just 3. This world is unfair.

  • @MoonsaultTV no you suck MY dick, i have 1 cymbal and a hi hat :(

  • my god he must have a lot of patience to hit a cymbal for 40 mins.

  • 1:38-1:40 HHX Groove Hats right there.

  • i wonder what cymbal is being played with the bell at 0:18? i like the sound of the bell

  • LOL the way the worker threw the cymbals at 4:32 and right after that the guy said right after the cymbals have been "pampered"

  • Dear Sabian,

Please give me a shopping cart and five minutes of free shopping in the room showed at :26. Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    DieHardSGFan.

  • Fishing Sabians looks fun

  • Charlie is the root of all Hand Hammered cymbals. To me, his is pretty much the heart of how this company works to make most dark cymbals. Proud to know he's a "Sabianist" haha

  • Do the employes get free cymbals?

  • @Gab51421 If they steal some XD

  • very different from zildjian. zildjian still better lol hate comment.

  • Charlie Brown is so lonely :(

  • lonely cymbal hammering man...

    he does this all alone?

  • @lesliefrancs not only that, but his names charlie brown!

  • @lesliefrancs its Charlie Brown!

  • lol " now im gonna show you a slight demonstration of what goes on here........ BANG BANG BANG BANG" that part made me laugh

  • i live 5 minuted from meductic, i have 3 uncles and 1 aunt that works there

  • They said they try not to hire new guys in the summer to the ovens.

  • I went up there on a tour just earlier this august and got 45% off a B8 pro 16" Crash. My buddy even got one of the cut-outs from an Ozone the lucky bastard.

  • i used to be pretty anoyed that cymbols were so expensive but considering the lenghts they go to to make them sound how they do its quite cheap realey

  • no wonder sabian cymbals are so good!

  • Watching this made my night.

  • i dig that area 51 restricted area sign with level 5 clearance only !! lol !!talk about TOP SECRET !!

  • Thats where they do all the experiments, like the Ozones, The Spirals etc

While we were there they had shown us a specail order given from some chinese guy for a triangle (or rectangle) with all of the sides with differnt legnths.

  • How do they make the bend in the china cymbals? ive been wondering

  • i think melt the edges

    and then bend it

    im not really sure :\

  • they'll have a specific template for the press that'll shape it.

  • They hammer them into shape. Except with the sheet cymbals which are just pressed into shape.

  • its charlie brown!

  • i soon as i heard that i looked at the comments and this was the first one haha

  • i`ts must be the best job ever

  • ZIldjian usses copper tin AND SILVER. but I still think sabians are better.lol

  • it doesn't matter..... the 1st maker of zildjian who had two sons. the older son kept zildjian. the other made sabian

  • how do u know?

  • my grandpa.. he used to work there and talked to the sabain owner. and every sabain owner/user should no tht

  • the one from zildjian was an imbicil

  • exactly

  • its the freaking truth

he gives wikipedia money so he didn`t look like a jackass becoase he is

  • he had three sons . . .

  • yes but one had passed away.

  • @RA710 Sabian cymbals also contains traces of silver too.

  • @RA710 Sabian claims to use 'traces of silver' in their catalogues...and I think it's the same family formula for B20 the Zildjian uses...I also prefer Sabian but I think all of the major companies make some beautiful cymbals

  • @RA710 SOMETIMES.....

  • @RA710 Sabian also use traces of silver in their Vault V-crashes

  • @RA710 lol idiot so does sabian.

  • the only good sounding cymbals from sabian would be the HH and the HHX all the other series in my opinion sound shite! but i still think zildjian sound a lot better! and are my personal favorite!

  • this is in new brunswick, correct?

  • Yes, yes it is >:)

  • at 5:10, if you put your hand there your hand will be flat, haha lol

  • sort of machine you want if you're going robbing cash machines

  • i like both sabian and zildjian very much, infact, all my cymbals up untill my permanent band i got now i constantly endorsed sabian, wore sabian t shirts at rock cafe's and at gigs, after that i combined zildjian crashes with sabian hi hats, splashes, rides, china's, and other effect cymbals

  • I preffer sabian... more options...

  • like i said, i like both zildjian and sabian

  • It's like baking pizza. Nice vid.

  • 5:28 his fly is open

  • xD!

  • his name is CHARLIE BROWN!!

  • Charlie Brown had either very stupid, or very cruel parents! lol

  • Sabian Rules

  • as much as i love thses cymbals, and as much as i think this is totally bad ass, charlie brown must have the most boring job ever. (with all due respect)

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA IM SORRY ? DID HE SAY HI IM CHARLIE BROWN ????? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA and btw wow , never knew there was so much work put into them

  • Very informative, I can understand why they cost so much.

  • @JTrockdrummer Because unlike Zildjian, Sabian cymbals makes its hand-hammered.

  • @andrespunks ahhh only some of the cymbals are hand hammered. same with zildjian they are both great cymbal companys

  • @JTrockdrummer I don't. They make hundred's of these a day, and yet they still cost 300$.

  • @BubbleRapOwns there is the cost of all the man power. skills like hammering (Sabian being the only one who still has artisans hand-hammering) take years to master and are hard to replace. also the cost of all the copper, tin and silver that is melted into the cymbal, as well as aluminum for things like the bells, The fuel needed, shipping costs, etc. etc. You are playing for a piece expertly crafted metal where if any one thing is off, the entire cymbal could be ruined. that isnt cheap to make

  • Sabian Rules

  • fucking right man!

  • I love knowing how my cymbals are made. Great video

  • @11111phil11111 but they only show cast cymbals, not sheet cymbals like B8s, and B8 Pro

  • part 2 please ! haha

  • Wow ! love sabians !
