  • Please open your command prompt and type "defrag c: -b"

    Start > Run > Cmd > defrag c: -b

    Also check the services running in background

    Start > Run > services.msc

    Set your web servers and other antivirus programs to manual.

    You can also use some reliable tool such as reginout to fixup registry related issues.

  • jhow do i enable msconfig in a different way? when i go to run and type msconfig it flashes all of a sudden and closes. same goes with task manager.
