Everything worked for me, but when I produce the video as HD (1280x720) and add a watermark to it it laggs. I watched it before I added the watermark in the same resolution (720p) and I can watch it without watermark and it doesn't lagg, but if I watch it with watermark it does.

Just noticed that the video and audio bit-rate is lower after I produced it with Camtasia than it was when I produced it with Windows Movie Maker. Is it possible for me to produce it in "normal quality" in WMM and then produce it again with a watermak through Camtasia?
