@MusikMasti It is Low E. Think of one lower octave on Keyboard or Piano from middle C. There is a Low Low harmonica available which means 2 lower octaves.

Nice demo on how to play a duet !!
Its indeed difficult to control both lower and higher octaves simultaneously,
but you did it quite efficiently,
