i used to have a nasty ass fear of getting lost (driving) you know what cured me? Thought my boyfriend was having an affair, drove to the town (yee haaa!) to confront her (and did) and daMMIT, have NOT experienced that fear again. Screw that. When the opposing anxiety reaches a certain point, it can override the original anxiety.
Do you have a second part of this video? If so i would like to see how he deals with his anxiety. It's interesting and great that they have programs where people help others overcome their anxiety by taking them out and exposing them to their fears.
