Wow the person in that white car should loose their license for life. I can't understand why they would just stop in the middle of a highway in both lanes at once. The driver of the truck pulling the trailer having no where to go did the best he could as there was no avoiding that white car. Good thing no one was killed. I see car drivers doing this all the time, just stopping in the middle of an interstate highway right next to a cop with a pulled over vehicle because they don't know what to do
