This is how the old guys do it, the younger can´t even do it half as good. I´m trying to learn that technic, well well, I work for free because the coverment has put me in a trap,
whats he doing . no mop no blade and to top it off he,s rubbing the window with a fucking duster. and is that a wooden A-ladder ? i bet thats the only house he,s got in the street and thats up 4 sale.i wouldnt let him clean my shed windows . fuck me i bet he had them ladders off e-bay for a tenner.
Alright kids in my opinion this cleaner is obviously well over 60 years old and is cleaning windows in the old old old school way,before they had squeegies.Back then(before they had squeegies)that was the tried and true method.Of course naturally today we have all new processes and more advanced tools.What a throw back to watch this cleaner doing what he knows.I must say I respect and honor those cleaners who have devloped our industry,as this old timer has.Yo Journeymen keep it going brother.
One Last point...I hope to be at full strenght when I hit his age,

From a professional window cleaners view I have to say we have come a long way from this middle age technique. Wow this must be the genesis of window cleaning lol.
@mellowdco We have come along way. Cleaning a window using chamois and scrim is a dyeing art. It's one all window cleaners should learn. We have modern tools because of the old timers.
@Pighaterskater I agree... thanks old timers, read up on ettore steccone, talk about a cool guy, he would ride around on his Indian motorcycle with a ladder over his shoulder and walk on building ledges with no safety, crazy but he lived to be over 90. I see you are/were a skater, I used to skateboard myself...
