RIP Jet...(sob, sob) way too late for me to discover that you've been gone way too soon - your solo bass lines in Nivram REALLY made my heads turn, and as a matter of fact when I was a teen, I never even knew that you were the FIRST OFFICIAL BASSMAN of the Shads way before Licorice and John Rostill (even when I also discovered your unforgettably wonderful intro hook of 36-24-36....)

God Bless Jet - I bought my first Fender Precision Bass in 1960 because i admired his playing in the Drifters/Shadows then - he was a good bass player with original solo's and a natural rythmn - I have enjoyed following Jet's career since and have myself beeen playing for over 50 years - due to Jet Harris's influence - Andy Gotch

I was there at this show in 1998,the drummer is called Bob Watkins and he does all the drum sounds of the Shadows and Jet Harris& Tony Meehan perfectly
