They really are a great breed, my mum has two, the dark grey like this one and the tabby/gingery colour.

Both have their own unique personalities, but the dark grey one is the most affectionate, he's never far from my mum and often follows her from room to room.

Every morning when it's time to get up, he'll sit on my mums chest while she's in bed, and keeps pawing at her nose lol

During the day he'll sit on the arm of the chair next to her and he'll keep raising his paw up until she holds it heh

I myself have a british shorthair named "Chiquita" and can u believe I found her abandoned in the woods?I can't believe someone let such a beautiful and friendly cat out like that!she was most definetely abandoned too not just out for a frolic based on her extreme hunger and filthy matted coat.so sad. she rules the house though now!

Hey 4033301035! I appreciate that you think your cat is more beautiful, but I believe that ALL CATS are beautiful in their own special way. Having said that, because I have owned a British blue they are definitely the 'teddy bears' of the cat world in that they are very cuddly with their lucious thick fur and placid personalities.
