Johann Pachelbel - Canon in D - Symphonic remix

I know that when making this you used the original harmonies; but as a note of interest, I discovered a few years ago that if you change the bassline from the chords of D, G, A, F#, G, D, G, A to D, G, A, A, B, A, B, C#, it gives the song a whole new sound. Moreover, if you layer the original chords with the new ones, it gives a sound like the "dysfunctional harmony" employed in some of Debussy's work.

I don't have a certain song that I would like, something that is pretty but sounds complicated if that makes any sence. For instruments I was thinking: 1 Oboe, 1 alto saxophone, 2 trumpets. Or another with those instruments and a tenor saxophone. If not then don't worry about it and thankyou for reading/considering my request. Also this is one of the most beautiful arrangements of Canon I have heard in a long time.

Way to go! I really like your arrangement! I'm usually weary of "remixes" of classical songs (I was waiting for the techno beat to come in a ruin it :D), but this was very tastefully done. I would have called it an "arrangement" myself, as "remix" has a bad connotation when you talk about classical music!
