i have both. creative vado hd is better quality(colors and overall picture), but flip mino hd captures fast moving objects better. there are less "comb" in picture. i like both very much, because in fast movement i use flip, and steady picture i use creative. but if you want good camera for any activity - definitely buy creative vado hd. IMHO :)
P.S. Flip Ultra HD is even better, but it is bigger and heavyer(for my rc plane) :D

This is the first Flip Mino,.. the generation nowadays is way better than the Vado HD!
I've the Flip Ultra HD 3rd because you can put batteries in it 3xAAA with 8GB flash-memory. A Beautifull quality videocamera!

Framerate is bij beide camera's 30fps, maar deze video is ge-edit in 25fps, vandaar dat beide niet vloeiend lijken na conversie naar Youtube.
De creative heeft inderdaad een veel grotere hoek. De kleurweergave is echter nogal overdreven, de Flip is veel realistischer.
