We never got to do this stuff in high school. High school is worthless and a joke. It got me no where, but the tech school I'm going to is whats going to get me a job. Nice motor. I'd like to someday put that in my '95 f150.

In my opinion they should teach carbs mainly because its being lost to generations of car guy/girls. Fuel injection is way easier...but still.

they are still teaching on carb motors? you guys should be building fuel injected ones, although Im sure it gives ya a good understanding on the general workings of an internal combustion engine eh. good stuff, i remeber my school days in auto shop heh

@PsychoXgirlfriends well yes the standards have changed. that doesnt mean the carb engines go away. means there will be another group who can work on them. besides carbed engines canbe finicky as hell to start for the first time lol. i had overhauled a carbed maserati v8. Omg lol. talk about a pain in the ash

@rekjavicxxx im not sure, it was just put together in shop from stuff layin around..just a mild cam, edelbrock intake, holley carb and the zoomies...i think everything else is about stock
