I live in Campbell river. want proof well i go to Southgate middle school i live on the street called Rebecca pl. the street is between holm rd and another 1 that starts with a c and i think r. Rebecca is off of Galerno. south gate is located at the 4 way stop with s alder and holm rd.keep going straight you'll eventually meet 2 turns into the sportsplex.if you go the other way you'l got the highway or the turn to Gorgia park, my old elementery:)

I love it here in C.R.! The positives are the weather and year round greenery. Coming from Calgary, I have added at least 4 months of "nice" weather to my year...if not more, and I no longer have to deal with -30 winters. Also, the people here are astonishingly friendly. A real treat! :D

@johnh23 LOL! Well welcome "home" then! Yes, the Wal Mart was a big bonus for us as well. We couldn't believe such a small community as this had one! I hated shopping at Wal Mart in Calgary as you could barely get down the isles because there were so many people there. Here it is a breeze :) Glad you made it, John!

The photos were for the most part taken between 2007 and 2009. I have lived in Campbell River for 21 years now and have seen it grow from a small town to a vibrant city, but it still seems to maintain that small town friendly feeling.We live in such a beautiful part of the world and I cannot think of a better place to be!

I was born and raised in Campbell River and have been travelling in New Zealand for the last 8 months. I have been missing home a bit and this was the most amazing representation on Campbell River I have ever seen. You did a fantastic job and i can't wait to come home.
