How do you know? Football fans seem louder because they are in a closer area. Some tracks like Bristol and Martinsville are fairly small area. Daytona is what a mile across? So it won't seem loud. True, stock car racing is physically demanding, but other motorsports like Formula 1 are actually much more physically demanding...those guys pull 5 g's or more in the turns, NASCAR cars pull considerably less.
