  • Yikes!!

  • Did Oxley loan his stuff from Oscar, the Grouch?

    Great Playing, though.

  • Isn't the song Bill Evans' "Peri's Scope"?

  • @carlomezz

It is 'Peri's Scope'. Or a permutation of it.

  • What a great performance! For those interested, this was recorded live at the Brewhouse Theatre, Taunton, England in 1991. The bass player is Dieter Ilg.

  • Wow...great stuff....thanks for sharing all your wonderful video clips...hope you can post some more...EXCELLENT.

  • Is that that Scouser Bob Hardy of Banyan Tree Jazz Club fame again ? Thanks for placing this video of my fav. horn player Kenny Wheeler who I first saw at Liverpool's Bluecoat Chambers in 1971 with a Ronnie Scott nine piece band which featured, by coincidence, Tony Oxley on drums.. You'll recall that I saw Kenny play at The Banyan tree/Adelphi Hotel in the 1970s - with "Cockney" Stan Sulzman - when you were 'the guvnor' at that club. All de best to you, Bob.
