you didnt even do it proper, man thats not hard, if you wanna true test, put it underneath your chin, thats where all the leverage is, on your stomache dosent add any resistant, just sucks the air out of you. that was a breathing test not abs.
wasnt meant to take away from your video but i know from experience, on the stomach its just like holding it in your hand. but the purpose of weight is to limit resistance.
However, it doesnt give 6 packs even tho the stomach wld be strengthened. This is a form of inner strength training. The weights are stacked one by one with force while breathing exercises are done. The mainstay of this training is on core power( lower back and middle abdominals strength ). Hope this explains. By the way, which training do you do? Care to share a vid or 2 ? :)

When this training is done, the power comes from breathing. Its a form of "External Chi Gong" and it doenst make the abs thick.
