So the tipping stops to measure the weight whilst going up, and after emptying.. i just wonder why the employees already hold the bins as they come weighing down.. that's cheating isn't it? Also wonder if you can have someone fined if something NON-recycable is found in the wrong bin.. so they Lose coupons wtih this system? Sounds like a good system though..
