@Varisynth All the songs on the Rock Band Network are done with permission of the band/label that owns the copyright. The reason some authoring companies have authored songs from well known bands is because those companies have signed deals with said bands. There's no infringement involved there.

@Varisynth You still have access to the RBN store if you have an XBOX 360.  All you have to do is sign into XBL, boot up RB2, go to the music store option and select "Rock Band Network". There you'll find a ton of songs available, most of them super cheap. You can also try demos of every song on the network.

@EndlessRampage Out of the RBN songs I've done videos for, only two have been like this... meaning this one and Parhelia... and I guess Hook Line and Sinner but I only did a small vid of that.

Genius, Drunken Lullabies, The Heist, and to an extent Persistence of Vision are examples of songs I've done videos for that aren't "lolfail" the whole time, and that doesn't include songs I haven't bought. If you've actually looked at a lot of songs as you said, you're not looking in the right places.

@Mystakin Im mainly talking the metal section of RBN. The majority of them are lolfail as you say. None of the other genres seem to have anything good imo, but i just think that metal should include more than just blast beat hell

@vigteo1 I made the WAHNTHAC video the day I bought it, and not long after I got the double pedal. I wasn't as comfortable with double bass or blasting as I am now ( and even now, I'm still piss poor at it XD )

Also the late blasts in WAHNTHAC are harder, imo.
